Investigation of Two-fold Yarn Properties Produced as Directly by Using Different Systems in Ring Spinning

In this study, breaking strength, unevenness and hairiness properties of two-fold wool/ polyamide blended yarns which were produced directly by using Sirospun and two different compact siro systems were investigated. According to the test results, yarns produced by both two compact siro systems had statistically better quality properties than conventional Sirospun yarns. Statistically significant differences were not obtained between the properties of yarns produced by using two different compact siro systems.

Ring Ýplikçiliðinde Farklý Sistemler Kullanýlarak Direkt Olarak Elde Edilmiþ Çift Katlý Ýplik Özelliklerinin Ýncelenmesi

Bu çalýþmada; yün/ poliamid karýþým hammaddesinden, konvansiyonel Sirospun ve iki farklý kompakt siro sistemi kullanýlarak direkt olarak üretilmiþ olan çift katlý ipliklerin kopma mukavemeti, düzgünsüzlük ve tüylülük özellikleri incelenmiþtir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre; her iki kompakt siro sistemiyle elde edilmiþ ipliklerin; konvansþyonel Sirospun sisteminden elde edilen ipliklere göre, incelenen özellikler bakýmýndan istatistiki olarak daha iyi kalite deðerlerine sahip olduðu görülmüþtür. Çalýþmada kullanýlan iki farklý kompakt siro sisteminden üretilmiþ olan iplik özellikleri arasýnda ise istatistiki olarak önemli farklar görülmemiþtir.
